Detroit Tigers Alt Uniforms

Detroit Tigers Alt Uniform

A fresh take on a Detroit classic. For the first time in franchise history, the Detroit Tigers introduced alternate uniforms that honor the team's rich legacy while embracing its future. Inspired by the iconic Old English “D,” the signature orange and navy, and the spirit of the 1984 World Series championship, the designs celebrate generations of Tigers baseball and the resilience of Detroit.

I led the multidisciplinary creative team through the development of the uniform program, from early creative exploration and design to brand storytelling, content production and launch. The campaign culminated in a special reveal at Detroit's historic Fox Theatre, featuring Michigan native and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, whose live performance helped introduce the new uniforms in a celebration of sports, music and Detroit culture.
